MRAA Announces Convention Dates

The Marine Retailers Association of America (MRAA) has announced future dates for their Convention. The Board of Directors of MRAA, based on a recommendation from the convention committee, made the dates official following the February Board meeting.

2008
November 17 – 19
Rio Hotel & Casino
Las Vegas, Nevada

2009
November 16 – 18
Site and Hotel to be determined

2010
November 15 – 17
Site and Hotel to be determined

"The announcement of these future dates will allow our members, both Retail and Associate, State Marine Trades Associations, manufacturers, distributors and all industry suppliers to mark their calendars well in advance to avoid conflict", stated Bob Soucy, MRAA Chairman.

"MRAA continually receives calls from our industry partners inquiring about our future dates so they don't schedule a meeting on the same dates", said Phil Keeter, MRAA President. "We appreciate and value their support and this will possibly alleviate duplicate scheduling." MRAA's convention committee is presently in the planning phase for the 2008 Convention. More detailed information will be released shortly.
