Valerie’s background is steeped in the service and parts industry. She got her start in the automotive industry and then expanded into technology, computer, retail, marine and real estate. Her clients have included DaimlerChrysler, General Motors, Shelby American, Yamaha, Eastman Kodak, IPIX, Ruritan, CorrectCraft and many others. She has delivered more than 3,000 presentations domestically and internationally and has worked with more than 500 dealerships to create powerful training courses available in both live and video format. Valerie believes in creating a comfortable and engaging learning environment that focuses on real world solutions.
