Sales Educational Program
- E-Video Book: In addition to being online and printable,
this book also contains dozens of videos with footage captured on actual retail
showroom floors. As a student reads the
book, video modules are introduced demonstrating the frustrations and successes
of actual sales people.
This E-Book allows students to learn by listening. A student may listen via their smart phone or
Learning Modules: A student will have access to a new learning
module each month. These modules ensure that
a student has learned the material and how to apply that material in retail
sales situations. By viewing a video
captured on a retail showroom floor, a student learns to identify what is
working in a given retail situation.
Another difference is that this
program captures video footage from multiple locations across multiple product
lines. Ranging from Canada to the U.S. to
Europe, the student is able to see how retails sales situations compare
internationally and domestically. As
well, the student learns how sales from Yachts to a dingy, from a motorcycle to
an off road vehicle follow the same process of growing the relationship with a
customer to a point they are more likely to make a purchasing decision.
