Martin on Video Marketing Strategy: Using YouTube

We realize that just having images of boats on the web isn't enough, so a couple of years ago we decided to start taking videos of each boat that comes in the showroom. We take the videsos then we host them on YouTube, as well as embed them on our site. In addition, I have each sales rep. in the dealership take accountability for this task. We have found by not have having one voice but also the voice of the reps it starts the relationship with the new buyer earlier than in the past.
