BoatHistoryReport.com, which operates similarly to Carfax and allows consumers to verify the history of the vessel seamlessly during the online shopping process, is providing its dealer service for free for three months under its COVID-19 Dealer Assistance Program. If you are a current subscribing dealer, your billing has been paused as of April 1st. Their hope is that by including a Boat History Report with your listings, your customers will feel more confident in the virtual shopping process during a time when they can no longer physically visit your location. BoatChat is offering dealers Live Chat Software and Services at no cost until June 30, 2020. Starting July 1st, they will offer the service for $395 per month for the rest of 2020. Check out the program.

These benefits require no action on your part, though there are some basic qualifying terms found on this page. Your April bill will automatically be adjusted. CDK says it will continuously monitor the situation and talk with its partners, as they look beyond April.
Digital Showroom Manager
Available to all current Digital Showroom Manager users, we are offering a No ChargeRetail Build a Boat Link that can be applied to their respective websites to allow visitors the ability to build any model available from that dealer. This is normally a $195 add on, plus a setup fee of $495, at the standard rates currently being paid to use Digital Showroom Manager. Groupe Beneteau, U.S. Brands
Major lending partners Wells Fargo and SGB will offer a deferred interest payment, as well as extending the winter curtailment period through June 1, 2020. Additionally, in order to grant dealers time to finalize pending retail sales that may face delivery delays due to the shutdown of Beneteau facilities and those of their suppliers, they extended the Winter Boat Show Promotion through the end of April 2020.
Kicker Marine Audio
Kicker, with support from several component suppliers, recently delivered 8,300 face masks to Stillwater Medical Center. Another 1,200 face masks were provided to a 620-bed regional hospital in Tulsa, Okla., through a Kicker connection. Another 500 face masks were contributed to a group of New York City hospitals through a family connection via Kicker Brand and Sports Marketing Director Roger Demaree, whose nephew is a surgeon currently working at the NYC hospitals. Northpoint Commercial Finance
Curtailment Assistance: To help our customers work through the immediate economic impact of the virus, we are waiving curtailments and scheduled (SPP) payments that are due on your Northpoint account for the months of April, May, June and July. The waived curtailments will not reduce the principle amount due upon sale of the inventory, or the maturity date. Inventory that matures during April through July will be moved to August. Sold inventory and interest charges are to be paid timely as in the past.
Inventory Audits: Beginning immediately, we are limiting personal contact between dealers and our field audit representatives. We will call to confirm business hours and conduct an inventory count as usual but will reconcile audit results by phone. Additionally, we are pursuing technology solutions to conduct audits without physical visits. These solutions will require your assistance in reporting inventory status using a cloud-based smartphone application.
Operate Beyond is offering our current MRAA dealers 50% off services for the months of April and May 2020. New dealers switching to Operate Beyond will be provided with reduced rates through the remainder of 2020 as well as buy-outs of their current contracts up to $3,000.
